We all know what angry is, and we've all
felt it whether as a short annoyed or as full-fledged rage.
Anger is a completely normal, usually healthy,
human emotion. But when it gets out of control and turns destructive, it can lead
to problems at work, in your personal relationships, and in the overall quality
of your life. And it can make you feel as though you're at the mercy of an
unpredictable and powerful emotion. It’s nothing but emerging one of the devil from
you which is dangerous. There are different kinds of angryness as I already
mentioned above.
Anger can be caused by both external and internal
events. You could be angry at a specific person (such as a coworker or friends)
or event (a traffic jam, a canceled flight), or your anger could be caused by
worrying or threatening about your personal problems. Memories of traumatic or
enraging events can also trigger angry feelings.
Every day we have plenty of opportunities to get
angry, stressed or offended. But what you're doing when you indulge these
negative emotions is giving something outside yourself power over your
happiness. You can choose to not let little things upset you. Because, it make
you venerable. So, try to control you anger whatever it takes .It only cause
destruction and aggression in you for bad action.
I would like to mention some of greatest quotes
as:
You will not be punished for your anger; you will
be punished by your anger - Buddha
Holding on to anger is like grasping a hot coal
with the intent of throwing it at someone else; you are the one who gets burned
- Buddha
So, be happy and try to control your aggression
otherwise it will harm you more.
